2005 January 23 news You might have noticed I opened a separate Twilight section. Let me know what you think. Birdman Records release a vinyl edition of "She Loves You" tomorrow, with uncensored artwork and the Beatles' "Her Majesty" as a bonus track. Other forthcoming releases to be expected this
year: Don't forget, Greg Dulli with The Section are playing at The Echo in Los Angeles on January 27. If you're there, please tape it. Should be a great performance! 2005 January 18 news For news about the new Dulli project Uptown Lights, go to http://www.myspace.com/uptownlights. The band plays in the Club Spaceland next month, and hopes are high! I did some work here and there, on the Staggering Statistics (John Curley's band) discography for instance. Great band, check it out! More to come. 2005 January 7 news Happy New Year, y'all. Greg Dulli will be performing with The Section on January 27 at The Echo in Los Angeles, CA. The Section is a string quartet that performs rock and roll. I'm expecting some TS material and a few covers. At Club Spaceland in LA, Greg Dulli will do a show with his new R&B project Uptown Lights on Saturday February 19. I have no idea what this is, but it's listed on the official Club Spaceland site. 2004 December 21 news A new MP3 of the week (why do I keep calling it that, the song stays online for months in a row?) - this time it's a Dylanized version of That's Just How That Bird Sings by founding Twilight Singers member Harold "Happy" Chichester. An amazing performance for CD101 from December 19. 2004 December 20 news Andrew Becker sent in a great review from the Twilight Singers show at Sala Razzmatazz in Barcelona (Spain), December 15. Happy reading, y'all - and thanks a bunch, Andrew. Sounds like a great show. 2004 December 15 news The Twilight Singers tour is wrapping up, I received a splendid review plus some pictures from the show in Rimini (Italy), December 11. Thank you so much, Nicola Caleffi. On www.summerskiss.com you can find some additional setlists. Most of the shows featured an as-of-yet unreleased song named "Incidente". Send in your MP3's, people! John Curley's new band Staggering Statistics will be playing a session on the Cincinnati based radio station WOXY (www.woxy.com) on December 21. Go check it out, it's a great band. Rick McCollums new band MoonMaan has some MP3's on their site, pretty good stuff. There's a lot to listen to these days. A link to the MoonMaan site is available through the Lagniappe section, but you already know that don't you. 2004 November 18 news / updates A lot of news and updates. In the meantime the Twilight Singers released a single from "She Loves You'': "Too Tough To Die" c/w "Hard Time Killing Floor". No non album tracks here. They also recorded a session in 2003, which was never aired, by the way... Staggering Statistics, John Curley's band, will
be releasing their debut CD one of these days now. The album was already
available online on
www.staggeringstatistics.com, but the band have

There's 30 second MP3 samples of each track available too. Here you can order the UK version of the covers album, that is released (and shipped) on September 6. But buying the album straight from the label, probably means more money for them and so indirectly for the band. The OLI TS-site www.indian.co.uk/twilightsingers is another way to reach the shop, by the way. Even skipped the online only Staggering Statistics album, when John Curley approved I could link it all to you. Thank you, for all your sweet words.... I was not dead. I'll be running new stuff on the site again, hopefully very soon. I am sorry for cutting down a lot of communications short. You know who you are, please contact me.
